Mac Mini "Login Keygen Problem"

Hello,
I have a mac mini and I have just did a restore to it and I have
a problem whenever I open a program,file,folder

It says every time I open something : "Mac OS X need a login keygen"
Look at the photo ,

And I want this to go. I didn't have this problem before.
I always press cancel 2 times and it closes but It comes again

I would be grateful at any possible solution.

Does unlocking your folders help?
(Right click on a folder > get info > uncheck locked)

EDIT: Not keygen, keychain xD Funny error, though. =D

Thanks for your help but All my folders are not locked.
I still have the problem.
