mac mini mid 2011 not power on

About 25min ago stop working my mac mini mid 2011. Not power on try reset not help. Maybe same one have logic board repair manual? Or know where can by problem? Thank you for help 
i think all you can do is
check to make sure its plugged in
make sure you AC power is good
unplug power card and all connectors
hold down power button for 5-15 seconds to clear the capacitors (apple calls this clearing the SMC controller)
plug in power cord
turn on
if that doesn't work its either the power supply or the logic board
check to make sure its plugged in

The proper process for resetting the SMC is as follows:
Intel-based Macs: Resetting the System Management Controller (SMC)
holding down the power button clears the capacitors faster then what apple says. it saves 13 seconds! is even waiting 5 seconds after you connect even necessary??
i swear one time apple said to simultaneously connect power and hold the power button
i think they changed the directions to make them easier to understand
you know what i found out that is pretty bizarre???? this only works 50 % of the time, but if i put my mac mini 2014 haswell to sleep , i can totally unplug it from the wall and walk around with it for up to like what seemed like 30 to 45 seconds before it shuts down.
it just flashes its light like its asleep.
and its not hibernating
as far as i can figure out it takes a while to build up enough energy in those caps. if you do this too soon after your last attempt the mac shuts down hard
i found this out because my APC BACK UPS, failed and dropped its load . and i got up off the couch to see what happened, and i saw the led light flashing and it blew me away, and it was like almost half a minute until i decided to get off the couch

I'll trust Apple's instructions, rather than someone random person in a forum. Apple manufactured the products, so they know best how to operate and maintain them.
back in 2011, which this when this mac was made. they said press and hold for 5 seconds with no power
and then insert power cord
and just turn on
apple changes their directions. but its all the same thing
i could of really posted something really bad and told him to boot into open firmware, haha
its obvious with the haswell mac minis you need to go back to holding down that power button or waiting long then 15 seconds

That's not true. Those are instructions for resetting the SMC on an Apple notebook with a removable battery. The OP has a Mac mini, which requires a different procedure for resetting the SMC. The procedure has not changed since 2011.
Again, not true. For the Mac mini, you don't hold down the power button at all.
It's looking that way. Take it to Apple. They should be able to diagnose the problem and give you a repair estimate.

how to reset the smc circla 2010
Reset SMC of an iMac, Mac Pro, Mac Mini:
* Shut down your Mac
* Disconnect the power cord
* Press and hold the Mac’s power button for 5 seconds
* Release the button
* Reattach the power cables and boot the Mac as usual

update on "sleeping mac experiment"
my first attempt of seeing how long my sleeping mac could stay alive failed. and the mac mini dropped power.
the only thing changed was i am no longer using hdmi and i am using mini display port to VGA adapter. test need to be repeated several more times.
maybe hdmi cable is supplying power for mac???

the kid was working on a television set. he followed apple's advice of simply unplugging his TV set and waiting 15 seconds before repairing his tv set. the Fly Back Transformer ended up electrocuting a baby.
if he would of unplugged the tv set and held the power button on for 15 seconds , the baby would of lived.

While I realize you may have good intentions, youre not helping by posting misinformation, then derailing the discussion and potentially causing confusion by arguing that your misinformation is better advice than what Apple recommends. If you really want to help, get your facts straight before posting. Searching the Apple support site is a good place to start, and it's a more reliable source of information than a forum post or a news site.
Did you check your temps to make sure they're not high enough to justify the fan speed? Also check Activity monitor to see what might be consuming CPU. If that doesn't help, it may be a faulty sensor. It's beginning to sound like there's no software solution, but rather that you have some hardware problems. I'd take it to Apple for them to diagnose the problem and give you a quote for repair.
You definitely have a hardware problem. I wouldn't attempt to diagnose it remotely. I recommend you take it to Apple.
The most likely problem is your RAM isn't properly seated. Try removing and replacing the module, making sure it's fully seated. Also, try swapping the RAM modules, to make sure it isn't a problem with a module itself.
If you're not already doing so, use iStat Pro (free) or iStat Menus ($16) to get accurate readings of fan speed and temps, among many other things. A forum member has posted a copy of iStat Pro that has been "tweaked" to enhance compatibility with Mountain Lion. You can download it here.
Then post a screen shot of your temps and fan speed.
