Mac-Mini: Need Dual Audio Outputs

I'd like to hook up my new Mac-Mini to my stereo and to the desktop speakers, but tough to do with only one audio out.
I've done this with my G4, it has two audio outs.
I've checked at Amazon if an adapter for dual outputs is available, found nothing. Does anyone know where I can get one. I assume that such an adapter exists.
 
Lots of adapters available for a couple of bucks, male or female output. I have a few for connection to TV audio-in or sterio depending on where I have the mini.

As others mentioned, there are switches out there that can be used. Alternatively, you might be able to go direct to your stereo through the designated audio out and then hook up USB speakers to your desk top. Catch with the latter is you have to on the computer switch between the two.

Depending on your stereo (receiver), some allow for network connection to "media files" if they are advertised (DLNA) on the network. As well, there are Thunderbolt and other "boxes" with multiple outs including audio. Often, you can find Thunderbolt out, Firewire out and USB3 out and then on some, audio out.

Just type '3.5 jack splitter' in Google and you will get a load of options from $0.83 upwards. This will do the trick. I haven't used mine on a mini but have used it on every other device since the eighties with a headphone jack.
