Mac Mini Price Drop imminent, leak?

Just found this. Not sure what it signifies. A price drop perhaps? Or, top end becomes low end + new top end mini.

Something similar was posted some time ago. The price was the same, but the spec was different such as more memory or a bigger HD or something.
