Hey guys, I'm getting my maxed out Mac Mini friday maybe and yesterday I got my wireless mouse and keyboard from apple.com. I just read on both of the boxes that I will need an existing keyboard/mouse to set them up?! Is this true? Why can't I just use them right away? This is my first mac and I don't have any USB keyboards/mice lying around anywhere. Will it still work or no? I really don't know what to do. I am typing on a PC right now and the Mouse/Keyboard are PS/2 and not USB. THANKS!

With my iMac, with the wireless keyboard and mouse shipped with the mac, it worked fine. If the mini has bluetooth installed internally, and the mouse and keyboard are both on before you start up your mini it should work. I haven't tried it on a mini or on a computer where it didn't ship with a keyboard, so I'm not 100% sure. But, i believe it should work.
