Did you recently upgrade the memory to 8GB?

Please note that the memory you have installed (1333MHz) is not the correct type for the Early 2009 Mac mini, which uses 1066Mhz.
Higher clocked memory should work of course but YMMV....

Pieterr

I upgraded the to 8GB back around mid 2011 or 2012. Either way its been atleast 3 years and the problem started in the last few weeks.

Since the upgrade Ive constantly ran Memory booster (from the app store) to monitor my available memory and usually have between 2-4.5GB available at any given point.
Ive had the mini freeze on me when Ive been as low as .79GB and as high as 5.45GB

You might consider removing and re-seating your RAM.

If that doesn't help, and you still have the ORIGINAL factory-installed RAM, you could try putting that in for a week, and see if doing so changes anything...

Problem description:
system randomly freezes and restarts

The kernel panics appear to be caused by the Airport card. It may be faulty or starting to fail.

And your amount of free disk space is critically low - causing high "memory pressure." You need 15-20 GB More free space for normal operation.
