I bought a refurbished Mac Mini and it was shipped the first week in October. I don't suppose they will replace it with the new one, will they? If not, then it's fine because it's still a good machine. I was replacing the 2007 version with a 2011 version.

If they introduce a new one before or soon aft you get it and refurb prices drop accordingly, you can try and ask them to refund the difference.

Thanks for replying. So you're saying I have to wait until they start selling refurbished 2012 mini's to see if they'll give the difference between the two?

Not necessarily. What I'm saying is if they drop the refurb price of the 2011 mini (the one you bought) when a 2012 model is introduced on Tuesday (this happens frequently to help clear out older models) then you may be able to negotiate a difference refund. Probably won't see refurb 2012 minis for another 3 months at least which would be far too long a gap to expect any compensation.
