I am thinking of buying this guys mint Mac Mini Server, late 2009, with all packaging and install disks for $400, is this worth it?
 
Assuming you want it as a server, yes. I've got one and it's been running fine. Snow Leopard Server is solid, although I've now gone to Mavericks+Server.
