Mac Mini Server

I Just Wondered if a mac mini server would work cross platform on windows and pc. Will all the services work cross platform or is it only on mac.

Depends on what services you are looking for.... Web? Email? File Server? yep, yep, and yep. Network users? No I don't believe so.
