I just purchased my Mini at Best Buy and I am having an issue with a snowy screen. It looks as if I am getting some sort of interference or something???
The screen is not all too crisp or clear...

Any ideas is this something normal?

THANX

a few suggestions first

1) clean your glasses :p

2) make sure the mini-dvi cables/adapter are connected securely

3) does this monitor have problems connected to other things besides the mini like your old computer or laptop

this could be a case of crappy apple adapter, its not unheard of as i hear some folks are having trouble with the led cinema display blinking out and having graphical errors thanks to a crappy cord or adapter

That's my bet. The minport works fine but I hate the Mini-DVI port. Same as with last macbook it falls out too easy.

Turned out is was the connector that came with the Mini was not holding very well.. All is well now!!!

Jusr enjoying my new mac!!!!
