Mac mini Stuttering dock

Hi guys.
You guys that have mac mini server 2010 running @ 1080p. Does your dock stutters sometimes ? Specially if you are running a heavy flash page ?
Mine does. I always let open mail, safari, itunes and ical. My kernel_task is heavy too, it always use more than 15% of my processor and 73-74 threads, is it normal ?
