Okay so I've been trying to get the sound to work on my HDTV for the past hour or two. I have a 2009 mac mini so all it has is a mini display port. So I have that hooked up to my Samsung PN51D6500 plasma tv with a mini display port to dvi to hdmi cable.
Now I've been trying to get the sound to come out through the TV speakers. I've tried 3.5mm stereo to RCA (red/white), male to male 3.5mm to the PC(DVI) in on the tv and still no go.
Can someone help me out here.
