Mac Mini to In Dash computer

I am currently working on a mac mini to an in dash computer conversion. i have worked out the voltage situation and making the audio in the car work with it... but now i want to add a touch screen...Is there a 5-7 inch touch screen out there that anyone know for sure will work with mac os x?
