Mac MINI TV Connection problem. Please help.

Intel duo core 1.6G MINI conncted to TV with DVI to SVIDEO adapter.
Works fine before. After changing the display setting, TV begin to blink\roll.

Tried restart the MINI, OSX log in sreen show up correctly, but after log in, TV begin to blink\roll again.

How to reset the MINI to work with my TV?
