compare to others my issue I think much more complicated than others but maybe (hope so I wrong).

I have a Mac Mini without DVD drive (2010), and I made bootcamp and installed Windows 8. everything worked but after I played IN windows With the Partitions (I wanted to expand the partition of the MAC... I made mistake and deleted every partition even Recovery HD but only Bootcamp not. so after that my MAC mini boot only windows. now I CANNOT INSTALL OSX again. I took from my friend OSX install DVD and Application install DVD (he also have mac mini). now I took my PC's external USB DVD drive and connected to Mac Mini, inserted the OSX install disk and powered on, during the power on I hold the Command/c button and I saw HDD"BOOTCAM" and CD"OSX INSTALL" so I selected the CD but after that I only see Gray screen with apple logo. Please guide me how can I install OSX again on my MAC... Thanks

You can't hold cmd-r on reboot and do an internet restore of your OS?

You may need to re-partition the drive but I think you should be able to use that restore option.

This is why one maintains a bootable, cloned, external drive with any Mac.

To have an alternative boot source in an emergency!

Can't say it any more plainly that that!
