Mac mini upgrade guide

Hey all,
Was just browsing the web for stuff and came across this:

The website says it looks to be genuine apple stuff, but I thought they didn't release anything like this? anyways the pdf has got some real good pics and seems pretty applish? any thoughts?

There are lots of take apart guides for the mini.

If Apple made this, it was probably for employees and not users.
