They won't do that. You would have to do it yourself or take it to a non-Apple Apple Reseller (NOT Best Buy).
Wrong AGAIN, as usual. Take it to an Apple Store and they will upgrade the drive fore you (for a fee, and you have to supply a compatible drive).
Its far cheaper and easier to get an external USB or firewire drive. You'll get twice the space for the same price and it will be just as fast as the laptop drive inside your Mini.
