I work for a college and we have some Mac Mini's that some run Mac, and some run Windows. This particular one however, crashed during windows install (before bootcamp). Now when it is turned on the windows splash screen comes up, and if no buttons pushed (f12, f2) it says something to the effect "do you want the network to run in the background?" No matter what we choose (yes or no) it is in a loop. I tried booting and f12 got nothing....tried booting f2 and boot options came up (safe mode, safe mode with network.......) we chose 7 of the 10 options with no resolve (it gets back to the loop upon its own restart). We cannot get back to either Windows or Mac at this point.

Holding down the Options key gives the opportunity to chose the drive...this worked
