mac mini won't turn on... at all

Have you checked the power source?
hahah yeah used it all throughout my house. The only thing I could think of would be the power adapter itself is broken, because there's absolutely no signs of life from the mini and it was running fine a few days ago.
Sometimes the SMC needs several resets. Don't forget to hold the power button down for 10 secs while unplugged. You could also try holding the power button down while plugging it in. This has been known to work on occasion.
Just tried both, nothing still. What would apple do if I brought this in? Help me troubleshoot at all even though it's out of warrenty?
They will. It doesn't matter that it's out of warranty.
They'll do the diagnostics, and if there's anything to fix, they'll tell you how much it is before they proceed.
