Mac Monterey TV app "Updating Iphone"

I just got a new 14 MBP. The TV app is open, and when I'm dropping stuff into my networked drive, I sometimes check the activity window to see how long it will take. I'm now seeing three separate instances of "Updating iPhone..." in the activity window. I can't close them. If I quit the app, they drop away. I tried plugging my phone in to see if that changes anything, which it does not. I believe one or two of those "updates" started without the phone even plugged in. Anyone know what is it updating? Usually phone syncs are done in finder. Am I alone in seeing these?

Edit: Worth noting that I am not syncing any movies or TV shows.

I have just started seeing this - did you find a fix or is it supposed to be doing it???
BTW I updated my iPhone through Finder yesterday

I'm not seeing it anymore, but tbh, I don't look that often. I did nothing actively to address this. Sorry I couldn't be more help.
