I don't know the guy, or even know what MUGEN was before he posted over at the Portingteam.com where he keeps going on about people being mean to him.
What really happened (the posts are all still there)...
We have a WIP (Work in Progress) section where anyone posts up what they are working on, and files and stuff so other people can help test out and report back or whatever. He tries to make it sound like Portingteam.com is some actual team that works on ports or something, when its just a buncha people like him using a forum really. Did he use the forum the way we wanted... no... he posted a couple of times just basically bragging about what he was working on, with not anything but text about it.. no files, no testing, no nothing. Finally he was told to basically put something up so we know, see, and maybe can help out in some way, or to stop just posting bragging-like comments. He got in a big hissy over that, I guess because we didn't just praise him for working on whatever it was he was doing... and left. At least he stopped naming the website and saying bad things, and just says a popular forum.
No one from Portingteam.com that I know of (am an actual team member, and mod on the forum, not just one of the normal user/porters) ever followed, or persecuted him or did anything to him anywhere in any way... didn't even know he had anything on YouTube, or if he ever even finished his port. If anyone was following him around doing anything it may have been some MUGEN players or whatever that hate Macs maybe... I dunno. Mac haters do this a lot with many ports i and others have done... so its not uncommon.
But I don't think anyone at Portingteam.com has any negative feelings toward him at all, other than the fact he keeps saying we somehow picked on him, and claiming some type of jealousy... Hobby porting is great.. something everyone should get in to, so its great he finally got his port done and working and people are enjoying it.
beyond all that.. MUGEN has been ported a few times by users of the Portingteam.com forums (even the same exact version), even back to a year before this guy. I don't know what his problem is, but he seems like he is an attention craving... wants tons of attention and respect and quickly lashes out at everyone over anything but pure praise. Cannot say I respect him much over how he handled any of this... its fairly annoying.
