Apple Music Mac Music App Won't Close / Reopens

I have noticed that for some time (probably my whole time in Monterey) that when I regular close the Music app on my Mac, it immediately starts bouncing again and reopens. This happens over and over unless I right-click the icon and close or force quit the app.

Has anyone else seen this? Any ideas on how to fix it and stop it from happening? Driving me crazy.

I've been experiencing this as well on Ventura. I end up having to do a Force Quit from the Dock or the Force Quit window in order to get it to stop. I'm not seeing anything strange in Activity Monitor that I would think was restarting it. It's also not in my Login Items either.

I wonder if anyone else has experienced this issue like us Mike.

Plenty of other problems but not that. Nice of apple to give us individually tailored bugs.
