I recently just purchase my first mac machine(macbook). I'm having trouble using the sandisk curzer mini usb flash drive. Is this compatiable with the mac? When I insert the drive, it recongized as a cdr. any idea how to get it working?

Also, The reviews I read stand correct, This thing gets so damn hot!! even after the fireware upgrade. I downloaded the istat nano widget hoping to find what the temp is but it doesn't display. The only thing that doesn't using that widget. Any other apps where I could find the temp of my macbook?
