Mac News Marketplace Question

I hope this is being asked in the right section of the site:

I have reached 100 posts yet I cannot start a topic in the marketplace section.

The Marketplace rules state that some posts won't count if made in the Marketplace and "other" sections. I haven't been able to discover what these other sections are that the rules reference...

Could someone help me out by letting me know what forums are not going to help me start a topic?


As for my interest in getting access to this forum, I want to post a feeler for my Powerbook and I think this would be a great site to get feedback.

It won't immediately pop you into Marketplaceness.

Give it a few hours, let the servers catch up to you, then try.
