Mac OS 10.15 Catalina - Install from USB

Hi

After i wiped my disk i want to install mac os 10.15 from usb. I followed Apple Support site to created bootable USB. After i turn on my Macbook and press and hold Option key it show Mac OS installer from USB. I clicked into it and instead of loading screen my Macbook is connecting to wi-fi and trying to download system from internet which result is error 2002f. What can i do if i want to install it from USB?

I just had the same problem I kept trying to install from the Internet but It would always fail towards the end. Finally I disabled the antivirus in my ASUS router and rebooted it then tried again just one more time before giving up and heading to the Apple Store and what do you know!!! It worked!!
