Does anyone else have this issue? Often I'll try to drag an open tab over to a second monitor, or drag it off the main window and open it by itself. This is completely broken since the update the other day. Now Safari opens a tab in its own window, but keeps a copy of it open in the window it was dragged from.

It's incredibly annoying.

Yep. Safari has been wrecked since the 12.6 update.

Not only is there this issue, but also when I use the Merge all Windows option, it puts all the tabs into single window but all the tabs are blank.

Somehow or another it also when into a loop when I was trying to click on a link that would open a window it open about 10 tabs at once . . . only had this happen once but it never happened before the 12.6 update.

It's not fixed in the 16.1 version of Safari that's part of Ventura, either ...
