Has anyone had any issues with the Big Sur Public Beta not showing up as available to download? I have enrolled and unenrolled and it still does not show the update. Maybe I'm missing something?

Perhaps you could use the seedutil command like this
Code:
sudo /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/Seeding.framework/Versions/A/Resources/seedutil fixup

Here's how to check which seed you are enrolled in:
Code:
sudo /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/Seeding.framework/Versions/A/Resources/seedutil enroll current

seedutil has more options than that, including how to get the developer seed instead of the public beta. Have you tried holding CMD+R when in Software Update?
