Hey guys,
since I updated to Sierra all of my games seem to be running a lot slower. Examples:

-Guild wars 2 dropped about 10 FPS (running at 15 right now sometimes dropping to 5)

-Hearthstone (didn't really drop in FPS but experiencing lots of freezes)

-League of legends was running solid on 30- 40 Fps and now it dropped to 15, also the process "mdworker" goes up to 90% CPU usage. (when playing custom games everything is fine actually)

Does anyone else have issues like this or am I the only one?

My Specs:
Mabcook Pro "13
4GB RAM
Intel HD 3000
i7 2,7 ghz (processor doesn't have any name, i am guessing its single core)

yeah they were, so you think its an issue with sierra or is my mac fuked up?

Different MacOS versions, different drivers. Nothing to do with the hardware. If you know your games were running better, its probably better to downgrade.
I have a rMBP and, compared to El Capitan, I gained fps on my 650M.

If the game utilizes Metal (which Guild Wars does not), you should see a pretty decent stability and FPS increase since there's been some major improvements to Metal in Sierra. I've noticed it in World of Warcraft (where El Capitan was incredibly unstable and locked up my whole machine if running the Metal API).

I can't comment on Guild Wars 2, but I think they're working on a native client which would probably yield an improvement with Sierra. However, Hearthstone might offer the option to switch graphics API's.

Blizzard is usually on-top of issues like these. Have you checked the forums to see if anyone else is seeing the same issues with Sierra and an Intel card?

there is no metal for intel hd 3000 (i hope this will somehow change soon)

Oops! My bad. I read your "13 as 2013 and assumed the specs on that (aka. the worst kind of person)

In that case, if you're still seeing the FPS drop after all the background processes have likely completed, I'd check out the respective forums to see if the player base is seeing the issue. Worst case scenario, roll back (but logically, Sierra should boast a FPS increase... not a decrease.)

If they were working fine on El Capitan, then I suggest you downgrade as mentioned above, at least until things get more stable with future releases.

Your Mac is quite old and the Intel HD3000 is very weak. Maybe, just maybe it will work better with the next iteration of macOS.
