Ii think my m1 macbook air updated to sonoma 14.4 this morning and now when I go to save a file in Adobe or Outlook the finder window that opens just shows my mac and network in the sidebar where previously I had all my frequently used folders. They are all still shown if I open up a regular finder window but not when I try to save or open a file from an application program. Is there any way to turn this back or to change thosse settings?

Update: now they're gone in the regular finder window too.
