Where can I find ISO for Mac OS X 10.4 for Macbook4,1?
I searched the entire internet but found only a gray disk for some Mac, and after installation the sound did not work and there were no drivers for video graphics...
Everything else either doesn’t work or is only for PPC.

Have a look through The Tiger Thread to get started.

Others who’ve done so may chime in here, but owing to when the early 2008 Macs — the Penryn line — came out, Tiger (superseded by Leopard in late 2007) was left behind. My guess is to start with a 10.4.11 install set up on another early Intel Mac, then bring that over to the MacBook4,1.

There may still need to be some tweaks to get it to WindowServer and Finder, but per the linked wikipost, you will not have graphics acceleration at all.

This Macbook has Intel GMA X3100, which is limited to only 10.5, 10.6, and 10.7. Only Intel GMA 950 is worse by support.

As has been pointed out, there are no drivers for the GMA X3100 on Tiger. The spund issue may be due to the particular grey disc you used — which one was it?
