Yes, I went to reformat my computer and my Mac OS X install disk does not work. There's already no OS on there, stupid me... Should have let the Mac validate. There's not allot of scratches on the disk, but it's not working. It gets stuck on Disk 1. But does Apple Warranty the disk or will I have to buy one? If I do, I will just buy the box set with iLife and iWork. But it says does not ship to Jan, how long will that be?

IDK, if this is in the correct section. I don't have my glasses and could vary easily skipped over an section.

Cost me $17, will be here in 2-3 Weeks, lol... But she said the Apple Store should have it also, but they seemed unhelpful since I did not have an Appointment. I did not know I needed an Appointment for a CD, but I have one for Sunday at 3:45. Will try and buy it there also, so I will have 2 copy's... But since I was in there, I went ahead and grabbed an Extended Warranty, almost grabbed Aperture 2, lol.

The lady is real nice, first time with Apple Call Center. She even apologized for the wait and since she was new, she was not afraid to ask qeastions when she did not know. I really like that, also she speak perfect English! I think I called someone in America for tech support, that's great! Plus we had a nice convo about the next Mac Pro. She made a joke about how they like to keep things in the dark.
