If the rumour about Steam coming to Mac OS X is true, and the games are native, not a cider port for example, how well do you think the performance and picture quality will be in comparison to Windows?

Apple seem to lack any decent drivers.

You talk as steam games would be the first native games in OSX

Actually every game that uses OpenGL instead of MS(C) DirectX can be ported to OSX.

Now, you can do the same test with games as World of Warcraft, Civ IV, Flatout2, and so on.
