Mac OSX 10.11 El Capitan

Hi,

I am trying to upgrade my MacBook Pro to El Capital OSX 10.11, but Apple has taken it out from the App Store. Can I get it from any place else?

It is still available from the App Store, but there are restrictions.

EDIT: Here is a link that explains the restrictions to downloading El Capitan. You may not qualify.
