A client of mine brought me a Macintosh Plus with complaints of screen distortion. Device boots fine but the screen flickers all over the place like crazy. I've popped it open and played with the pots to adjust the screen position and voltage but so far no significant improvement unless I lower the brightness pot almost all the way down to where you can't see the image anymore. Anyone have any other troubleshooting ideas for this, or is the screen likely hosed?

Try resoldering all the pins circled in the image below. Best to remove original solder and re-apply fresh new solder rather than re-flow.

HOWEVER, if the battery has leaked, the entire board might be slowly corroding under the green coating.
