Mac Pro 1,1 2006 Quad-Core(Graphics Upgrade)

Hi everyone, i have a 2006 Mac Pro Quad Core Tower. I need to upgrade graphics card from the old 7300 GT. Very old card indeed.
i need help finding a good graphics card that will work with my Mac Pro, i don't care if its non-Apple(PC).
I will also be updating it to Yosemite soon(patched EFI).
So i do need something compatible with Yosemite.
I'll also be doing some light to medium gaming with Windows in boot camp. I'm thinking of getting a GTX 660 2GB SC Version, but just don't know yet.
I need some help in hunting down a card that is functional with my Mac. if anyone could help, would be greatly appreciated.

The following cards are in price range for me and do look suitable to be able to game on are the- GTX 570, AMD Radeon 7950 and the Radeon 7970.

But my question still exists, does a GTX 660 2GB work in a Mac Pro 1,1?

Of course. I used to use one in my 3,1 and have previously used one in my 1,1 tower. I find the 660 to be a great card, as it only takes one 6 pin connector. If you have one of those lying around (or can even get one on refurb, I see them for close to $100 US) they're great cards.

If you can live without boot screens, it works fine.
