Hello to all,
after several attempts, thanks to your guides, I managed to successfully install "Yosemite" on a Mac Pro 1.1.

Everything works properly, even if I have to increase the RAM by installing 16GB of RAM.
With the enthusiasm of this installation I also installed "El Capitan", but unfortunately when I try to make the "download" from Safari such as the Combo update the system always goes in Kernel Panic, no such problems occur with "Yosemite".

Below you will find the Kernel Panic and I understand it is a problem with the network card, but I'm not sure.

What do you think ?
Thank you,
Vincenzo

Network kext is last loaded, so it might be the case.
Do you have any third party network card installed?

Btw, be sure to use newest Pike's boot.efi, not the older (Yosemite) one and especially not Tiamo's boot.efi for ML and Mavericks.

Hello, you've also Wifi installed, it should be original but not the use, always use the power cord and while effettuavo download the Combo crashed, he did it twice.
