Mac Pro 1,1 . Zotac GTX 570 . Yosemite installation question

I've just bought a MP 1,1 from eBay, without graphics card, and with 10.7.5 already installed.
I bought a Zotac GTX 570, too [ I want to be prepared to install Yosemite as soon as I get the
packet at home ].

My question: GTX570 is a non efi card. Will it work DURING the installation process?

I suppose that I can start the computer under Lion wo. problem.

I know the GTX will work under Yosemite and Lion, but what happens during the installation process?

Will I get signal in the monitor if I install Yosemite from an USB with Piker-Alpha-Tiamo solution?

Finally, my MacPro arrived.

I'll test myself and publish here the answers to my questions.

No problem during installation. Nvidia works fine.

I've updated to 10.10.5 without problems with PikeYoseFix.

But when installing latest build of Nvidia Drivers, no more picture. Tested twice.

So, let's install again.
