I have changed the monitor, I plugged a acer vga and after shut down the computer as usual he never boot again. I tried to change the hdd, also tried a ssd and nothing. I tried also to boot with diferents mac os x, change the gpu, change monitors, unplug ram, ...
Now when I press the power button, the frontal led is on, the gpu starts, everything seem to be normal. But I don't have chime and any image at all.

Try remove everythings and boot, do you hear the RAM error bips?
If you still hear that, maybe only the GPU is dead.
Another thing you can try, is replace/remove the CMOS battery.
But anyway, there must be somethings dead in the machine. especially the chemical capacitors, regarding their ages.

Hi, I have removed everything an boot. No RAM error bip.
I have replaced the CMOS battery.

I'm reading the "MacPro_Service_Manual" to try to find a solution.
I will try something more and post here. Thanks

Bad news if no RAM error bip and no RAM red LED indicator.
You can check the 4 diagnosed LEDs (yellow one) to isolate the problem, read the manual on that parts.
You can also search for a replacement.
I have one myself, which I bought from a junk dealer, then upgraded to usable level as a collectible item.
Total cost was $200, 4HDDs but no SSD.

Do you still have a working HDD/SSD with OSX Lion installed (10.7.5)?
Maybe this volume does not cause EFI error.

If you can confirm that OSX Lion is working fine, then the whole machine is working fine.
And all you have to do is re-install the un-supported El Capitan.

Let us clarify this first:
MacPro 1.1 has 32 bit EFI. Mac OSX Lion (10.7.5) is the latest OS to be supported natively on it.
And your machine is running well on 10.7.5?
Then there are no hardware issues.

For El Capitan (10.11.3 or alike), this OS is 64-bit.
To install an 64-bit OS to 32-bit EFI, you will need a special method (pikify or something).
I prefer a simpler method: restore the whole disk from a pre-made disk image.
Search Youtube for the disk image.

- This machine not runs 10.7.5 since I bought it in 2015
- Now, I have installed LION with other computer, and then plug the Lion disk to the mac pro and not boot

- This computer was running 10.11.6 el capitan installed with the piker alpha boot.efi files
- I also have the pikify installer usb but looks like don't boot from usb

The diagnostic EFI_LEED don't turn on.

When I press the startup buttom, the fans start to run, the mouse have the red light on, the hdd and the dvd make working noise,... everything sounds fine. But I have always the black screen.

There is a link on ifixit which a user with the same symptom as yours declared that he fixed it by reseting PRAM.

It seems to me that all 4 LEDs of CPU didn't light up, did it?
Yes, but I read on the MacPro_Service_manual.pdf that when you press DIAG_LED button they don't light up if there's no error. I have attached here the page with the table where explain ho to interpret the LEDs, I don't know if I can put a link if you want to download it?

I post here the foto of the Diagnostic leds.
You have the GPU Present LED on, which is a good sign, most of your hardware is working OK. But you are missing the EFI Done LED and the boot chime. Both of these would indicate that the firmware has finished executing.

If you cannot get to the boot chime, no operating system or USB drive of DVD can help you. Try to get the Mac to chime. Remove everything, except one RAM riser. Take out the GPU and the Wifi card. Try to get the EFI done (EFI GD) LED to turn on.
