Mac Pro 2.1 Fan Problem

Hi Folks,
does anybody has an idea, how to solve this situation:
In my MP 2.1 all Fans are going at 500 / 600 rpm. Permanently,
independently from system load.
So, when i render movies, the machine gets hot and powers off.

Yeah, i could use smcFanControl, but i´d rather like to fix this problem seriously.

Anybody has a hint?

SMC done: No results.

Temperatures go higher and higher ..

ASD: I´m a private person. Maybe i´ll check the Hardware Test from the Installer DVD.
