MP 1,1-5,1 Mac Pro 2,1 will not boot up

Hello,
After about 6 weeks without use, I turned on my Mac Pro 2,1 and there was no response.
No lights, noise or clicks whatsoever.
Opening it up, if I press the RTC button the trickle power led comes on.
If I press the SMC button, nothing happens.
If I press the power button, nothing.
Tried it without the ram, drives and GPU.
Does the trickle power led indicate the PSU is working? I assume it is an error due to led 7 not working (P.152 service manual).

What would you recommend here? A different PSU?

I found the service model for the 2,1.

EDIT: No need for a response. I ditched it and bought a 5,1.
