Mac Pro 2006 model quad Xeon 2.66 question

I found a Mac Pro 2006 model with the quad Xeon 2.66 ghz for only 447 dollars.

Is this a good deal? I want to use Logic for music production.(older version)

Make sure whether it's 2x dual core or 2x quad core. If it's the first one, this price would be quite good for fully loaded machine (i.e. lot of RAM, decent graphics card, etc.). If the latter - price is very good.

OWC is selling the 2006 quad core 2.66 for $299.

Which I think is a very fair price.
