Mac Pro 2008 Won`t Turn On

Having some Mac troubles today. When I press the power button on my Mac Pro I hear a click but the computer doesn’t turn on, no fan, nothing. I reset the SMC memory and replaced the internal PRAM back up battery which worked before but not this time. Pressing the diagnostic button on the main board gives 2 red LEDs when it is plugged in.
Is it time to replace the power module?
Any advice would be much appreciated.

If it takes time for others to chime in with "the fix" and you have time, take the PSU out using this guide and blow it out with canned air.
If others say it's time to replace it, this is the go to guide for that

Check the NorthBridge plastic spring rivets on the CPU tray also.
I agree with removing and thoroughly de-dusting the PSU.

Thanks for your replies everyone. I took out the PSU and removed the dust elephants that had gathered there, and after securing all screws, rivets, trays, memory etc we are back in business!
