[Northbridge Diode] When start-up it will be 65 ℃, also do some online surfing, it could be 75 even more.

does anyone have faced this issue before, also is there any method to solve it ?

If it is a dual processor Mac Pro, it seems to be within limits still and normal. I personally use MacsFanControl to keep it always under 70 °C (in a dual processor Mac Pro). Just to make it last a few more years maybe.

Normal temperature, SMC is calibrated to keep the northbridge around 75ºC when in light load. Use the search, you will see several threads explaining this.

One thing that you can do is to keep your Mac Pro clean and re-apply thermal paste to the northbridge heatsink.

To the OP - one thing you might notice is when your CPU is actually under a load, the Northbridge temp drops. Other system cooling demands result in increased airflow cooling the northbridge. At idle, mine is currently sitting at 70C. When I max out the CPU to 100%, the Northbridge drops to about 55C.
