I followed your instructions and problem is cleared. My usb 3.0 seagate backup drive is still unconnected. Does this mean I can not use the backup drive. Is it causing the problem?

thank you for you help greatly appreciated!!!

Just wanted to bring you up to what’s happened to my system. After reconnecting my backup drive to system after running the system with out issue I reconnected it and continued running without issue I reconnected a drive to the backup drive hub it has and it seems the extra drive may have been the problem. I removed the last drive and no issues since .
Thank you for your help again!!!!
