MP 1,1-5,1 Mac pro 3,1 : Confused about USB 3.0 and 3.1 speed

Hi guys, I just get a PCIE card for USB 3.0 &3.1 . after install into my mac pro 2008 3,1 .
I felt that speed was not different compare to normal USB 2.0 port.

and I also found out its not support USB flash drive boot when install Mac OS.

Please advise how to resolve in order to improve the speed. do i need to install any mac driver ? Thanks

Not sure cMP3,1 supports this fully but could be because Slots 3 and 4 do not have the speed if connected to those slots. Have you tried it in Slot 2?

Have tried. not working .. it's the same.
