MP 1,1-5,1 Mac Pro 3.1 GPU upgrade for Catalina

Hi! I have a mac pro 3.1 with High Sierra installed with dosdude1 patcher. I have a Geforce GTX 1050 video card that works without problems with nvidia web drivers.
Unfortunately, some new programs or games only work in Catalina. From what I read on this forum or on the net, GTX 1050 is not compatible with Catalina.
What new video card (I don't want to buy a used video card) compatible with Catalina and Mac Pro 3.1 should I buy? Is there any compatible video card? And without 6 or 8 pin power, because Mac Pro 3.1 does not have such a plug. Thanks!

Hi,
I'm in a similar situation to yours right now. I'll probably need to replace my AMD 2700xt 256 mb graphics card with something more usable nowadays. Witch AMD graphics card would you recommend? I'm not going to do anything very graphically demanding on my Mac for 3.1. Just ordinary things. And i will need to run macOS Catalina or Big Sur on it.

You can't go wrong with the RX 580 if on Mojave or newer.
