Mac Pro 3,1 heatsink replacement

So I want to add a 2nd CPU to my Mac Pro 3,1. I looked on eBay for Mac Pro heatsinks and noticed that Mac Pro 1,1 heatsinks cost $25 and Mac Pro 3,1 are at the cheapest $75. Both heatsinks look the same so I was wondering if I can use a cheaper Mac Pro 1,1 heatsink on my Mac Pro 3,1?

I am assuming your 3,1 Mac Pro only has the single CPU. Better to verify and confirm with a Mac technician or Apple service center if the heatsink from a 1.1 Mac Pro works fine in a 3.1 Mac Pro or if you can simply add a second CPU. Though there is that price difference but better to be safe and sure even though they are identical. The heatsink is one of the important part of the Mac Pro.
