i recently received a mac pro 3,1 however on trying to power it on all i can hear is the disk drive and hard drive spin up with no fan movement what so ever. There is a red light in the top left corner of the logic board and all the lights on the ram cards are red whether there is ram in them or not. when i press the diagnostic button the EFI and gpu light are green and the standby light is orange i have tried everything i have found online though no one has the same problem as this that i can find. Im not sure what else to do with it, thanks for reading any help is greatly appreciated
