Hi all
I'm using a Mac Pro 4.1 (flashed to 5.1) with a non flashed GTX1060 with OS 10.12.5 and wanted to upgrade to High Sierra. To do so, I removed the GTX1060 and put my old ATI Radeon 4870 back in to be able to follow the described procedure http://dosdude1.com/highsierra/
Coming to my issue, it seems that even with my old "Apple" graphic card, I cannot go into recovery mode. Rebooting with Command-R (also tried Single-User Mode as well as Startup Manager) gives me no screen.
I already googled the issue and it seems that it somehow stuck in a loop to load the correct drivers. Therefore, I also tried uninstalling the NVIDIA Drivers but it did not help.
Does anybody have experience with this?
Thank you in advance!
