After doing some Googling re : Security Update 18G4032 I came across problems with Mac Books, Mac Book Pros using Intel graphics.
Some Mac Minis too have had problems.

Has anyone done this Security Upgrade on their 4,1 or 5,1 Mac Pros ?

Had any problems ?

The crashing seen in that security update is limited to a fairly small range of Macs. It's not going to happen in Mac Pros because they don't have Intel graphics at all.

Yes, I realise that, I'm curious as to whether there are OTHER problems with this update.

Did you do this update ?

I updated my work Mac Pro but have not been using it very extensively lately. I haven't seen any issues so far, though.

I got a MIDI connection alert after updating and my keyboard controller lost it’s connection. I did a NVRAM reset and it was back but just a restart might have work also.

I performed the update on the 1st day it was released.

My Appstore unable to download anything (infinite loop / waiting) right after upgrade to 18G4032.

NVRAM reset (4 times in a roll) fixed it. Not sure if it's really related to 18G4032.

Other than that, no other issue.
